In-Call Notes & Caller Widget
When a scheduled call is active, the app can show a floating overlay with useful information and quick actions.
In-Call Notes
If you attached a note to a schedule (via Schedule Options), it appears as an overlay during the call.
This is useful for:
- Talking points or agendas
- Reference numbers, account details, or IDs
- Questions you need to remember to ask
- Follow-up items from a previous call
The note overlay is non-intrusive. It floats on top of the call screen so you can read it while talking.
Caller Widget (Quick Schedule Widget)
The Caller Widget is a floating bubble that appears during calls, giving you quick access to schedule-related actions.
Enabling the Caller Widget
The Caller Widget is configured in Preferences:
- Open the hamburger menu → Preferences
- Find Quick Schedule Widget (Caller Widget)
- Toggle it on
- Optionally adjust the dismiss delay (how long the widget stays visible, up to 30 seconds, default 8 seconds)
How It Works
- A scheduled call triggers and connects
- The floating widget appears on your screen
- After the configured delay, it automatically dismisses
- You can also dismiss it manually by tapping or swiping
Requirements
The Caller Widget requires the Display Over Other Apps (overlay) permission. If you haven't granted this permission, the app will prompt you when you enable the widget.
