App Access

Auto Call Scheduler shows the options that are available for your app access. In some places, an option may be shown but not available yet.

When this happens, the app explains it on the screen and gives you the next available action.

Where You May Notice This

Some options can depend on your current app access:

  • Creating or editing schedules after a usage limit is reached
  • Using some repeat patterns
  • Adding call notes to more calls
  • Using call conflict handling
  • Exporting or importing schedule data

The exact message can vary by screen.

What To Do

If an option is unavailable:

  1. Read the message shown in the app.
  2. Choose one of the available actions.
  3. Return to the schedule or setting when access changes.

Existing Schedules

Existing schedules remain visible in your schedule list. If a schedule cannot run because an app limit has been reached, the schedule shows a status that explains what happened.

Account And Device Access

Signing in helps the app keep your schedules and settings connected to your account. If you change devices, sign in on the new phone before relying on scheduled calls.
