Sign In & Cloud Sync

Now that you've created a schedule, let's protect it. Sign in with your Google account to back up your schedules to the cloud so they're safe if you lose your phone, switch devices, or reinstall the app.

Why Sign In

• Keep your schedules safe across devices
• Restore your data if you switch phones
• Your local schedules are always safe on your phone regardless. Cloud sync is an extra layer of protection

How to Sign In

1. Open the hamburger menu (tap the menu icon at the top-left)
2. Tap on the account area
3. Tap "Continue with Google"
4. Pick the Google account you want to use
5. Done! You're signed in

If you are in a country where email consent is required, you will also see a checkbox asking if you want to receive occasional updates. This is optional.

Choose Your Sync Mode

After signing in for the first time, the app asks how you want to back up your schedules.

Option	How It Works
Auto-sync (recommended)	Your schedules are automatically backed up whenever you leave the app. No effort required.
Manual	You decide when to back up. Go to the schedule list, tap the three-dot menu, and tap "Sync now".

Our recommendation

Choose Auto-sync. Your schedules stay up to date in the cloud without any extra effort.

What Gets Protected

Data	Details
Your schedules	All your scheduled calls are backed up to the cloud
Your preferences	App settings, schedule defaults, notification settings, and other preferences
Your profile history	How long you have been using the app, your usage level
Your sync preference	Whether you chose auto or manual sync

Your local schedules are always safe on your phone, even if cloud sync has issues.

Your Account Dashboard

After signing in, your account screen shows:

• Your profile photo (from your Google account)
• Your name and email address
• Synced Device card showing your device name, how many schedules are synced, and when the last sync happened
• Email communications toggle (in some countries)
• Sign Out button

You can always come back here from the hamburger menu to check your sync status.

Signing Out

1. Open the hamburger menu
2. Tap on the account area
3. Tap "Sign Out"

What happens when you sign out:

• Your local schedules are not deleted. They stay on your phone
• Cloud sync stops
• If you sign in again later, the app re-syncs your data

Privacy

• Sign-in uses your Google account securely
• Your data is stored in a private cloud database linked only to your account
• You can view the Privacy Policy from the sign-in screen
• You can sign out at any time. Your local data remains on your phone
