Vivo

Vivo's Funtouch OS (and OriginOS) restricts background apps through autostart and power consumption settings. Follow all the steps below.

Step 1: Enable Autostart​

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap More settings (or Apps & permissions)
  3. Tap Applications (or Autostart)
  4. Tap Autostart
  5. Find Auto Call Scheduler and enable it

Step 2: Allow High Background Battery Consumption​

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Battery
  3. Tap Background Power Consumption Management (or High background power consumption)
  4. Find Auto Call Scheduler
  5. Toggle it to Allow

Step 3: Disable Battery Optimization​

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Battery
  3. Tap Battery optimization (you may need to access this via Apps > Special access)
  4. Find Auto Call Scheduler
  5. Select Don't optimize

Step 4: Lock the App in Recent Apps​

  1. Open your recent apps
  2. Find Auto Call Scheduler
  3. Swipe down on the app card to lock it

Verify It's Working​

  1. Create a test schedule set 2-3 minutes in the future
  2. Close the app completely (swipe from recent apps)
  3. Lock your phone
  4. Wait for the scheduled time
  5. If the call triggers, your settings are correct
