Repeat Patterns
Instead of creating a new schedule every time, you can set a schedule to repeat automatically. The app creates the next occurrence after each call completes.
Setting Up a Repeat
- In the schedule editor, tap the
Repeat card
- The Configure Repeat Schedule dialog opens
- Choose your pattern, optionally set a repeat count, and tap OK
The dialog has three sections: Repeat Intervals, Days of Week, and Repeat Count.
Repeat Intervals
Use the sliders to set how often the call should repeat. Only one interval can be active at a time — adjusting one slider resets the others.
Minute
Repeat every N minutes. Drag the slider to set a value between 10 and 59 minutes.
The label updates to show your selection, for example "every 30 minute(s)".
Hour
Repeat every N hours. Drag the slider to set a value between 1 and 23 hours.
The label updates to show your selection, for example "every 2 hour(s)".
Day
Repeat every N days. Drag the slider to set a value between 1 and 7 days.
The label updates to show your selection, for example "every 3 day(s)".
Week
Repeat every N weeks. Drag the slider to set a value between 1 and 4 weeks.
The label updates to show your selection, for example "every 2 week(s)".
Setting any interval slider to 0 clears that interval. If all sliders are at 0 and no days of week are selected, the repeat is turned off.
Days of Week
Instead of a fixed interval, you can pick specific days of the week. Tap any combination of Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun to toggle them on or off.
Examples:
- Every Monday and Wednesday
- Every weekday (Mon–Fri)
- Only weekends (Sat–Sun)
Selecting any day of the week resets all interval sliders to 0. Days of Week and interval sliders are mutually exclusive.
Repeat Count
By default, a repeating schedule repeats indefinitely (No Limit). To limit how many times it repeats, drag the Repeat Count slider to set a value between 1 and 100.
The label shows your selection, for example "5 Time(s)". Setting the slider back to 0 returns it to No Limit.
The Repeat Count slider is disabled until you select at least one repeat interval or day of week.
How Repeat Works
- The schedule triggers at the set time
- After the call completes (or is skipped), the app calculates the next occurrence
- The schedule automatically updates to the next date
- This continues until the repeat count is reached, or you stop or delete the schedule
Repeat Indicator
When a repeat pattern is set, the schedule card in the list shows a repeat icon so you can identify repeating schedules at a glance.
The Repeat Info Display
The editor shows a summary of your repeat configuration on the Repeat card, for example "every 2 hour(s)", "every 3 day(s)", or the selected days of the week.
