Schedule History

Schedule History keeps a record of your past scheduled calls, including when they triggered, whether they completed, and other details.

What You See​

Each history entry shows:

  • Contact name and phone number
  • When the call was scheduled
  • When it actually triggered
  • Outcome: whether the call was placed, skipped, or missed

How to Access​

Open the schedule history from the main schedule list. This gives you a chronological log of all past call activity.

Why It's Useful​

  • Verify calls went through: confirm a scheduled call actually triggered
  • Track patterns: see which schedules fire regularly and which get skipped
  • Troubleshoot: if a call didn't trigger, the history can help you understand why
