Creating a Schedule
The schedule editor is where you set up everything about a scheduled call: who to call, when, and how the call should behave.
Opening the Editor
- New schedule: Tap the
create button (FAB or toolbar button) on the schedule list
- Edit existing: Tap any schedule card in the list
Title
Give your schedule a name (up to 35 characters). This is what you'll see in the schedule list.
Examples: "Call Mom", "Weekly team standup", "Doctor follow-up"
Contact and Phone Number

| Tap to pick from your contacts. The phone number fills in automatically. | |
| Phone number | Enter manually if you prefer, or it auto-fills from the contact picker. |
| Extension (optional) | For office numbers that need an extension after dialing. |
| Contact name | Auto-populated when you pick a contact. Read-only. |
tip
You can type a phone number directly without picking a contact. Useful for numbers not in your contacts.
Date and Time
Tap the date & time card to configure when the call should happen.
- Pick a date and time
- The card shows a summary of your selection
- If there's a timezone adjustment, it's displayed below the summary
Additional Settings
The editor has three more expandable cards for advanced settings. Each has its own dedicated page:

Saving
Tap the save button at the top of the editor. Your schedule is created and you return to the schedule list.
