Creating A Schedule
The schedule editor is where you create or edit a scheduled call.
Open The Editor
- To create a schedule, tap the
create button.
- To edit a schedule, tap a schedule card in the list.
Prefer to just describe the call? Ask ACS Assistant to create it for you.
Simple And Advanced Modes
The editor includes two modes:
| Mode | Best For |
|---|---|
| Simple | Fast setup with the most common call options |
| Advanced | More detailed repeat, call behavior, and schedule options |
You can switch modes from the top of the editor.
Title
Add a short title so the schedule is easy to recognize in the list.
Examples:
- Doctor follow-up
- Team standup
- Call Alex
Contact And Phone Number
You can choose a contact or enter a number manually.
| Field | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Contact | Opens your phone contact picker |
| Phone number | The number the app will call |
| Extension | Optional extra digits, pauses, or PIN sequence |
| Contact name | Shows the selected contact name when available |
Contacts permission is requested only when you choose a contact.
Date And Time
Tap the date and time area to choose when the schedule should trigger.
If the selected time is already past, choose a future time before saving.
Call Behavior
Choose whether the schedule should auto-dial or show a reminder first.

Repeat
Use repeat settings when the same call should happen more than once.

Schedule Options
Schedule options include SIM selection, call notes, and conflict handling.

Save
Tap the save button at the top of the editor. The schedule returns to the schedule list.
Some options may not be available in your app.
