Device-Specific Issues

Some Android brands add battery and background restrictions. These settings can stop scheduled calls even when normal permissions are allowed.

If the app shows Background reliability in the hamburger menu, open it first. It checks your phone and links to the settings that need attention.

Xiaomi, Redmi, And Poco​

Check these settings:

  1. Background auto start: Settings → Apps → Background auto start → Auto Call Scheduler → On. If you do not see it, use Settings → Apps → Manage apps → Auto Call Scheduler → Autostart.
  2. App battery saver: Settings → Battery → App battery saver → Auto Call Scheduler → No restrictions.
  3. Recent apps lock: Recent apps → Auto Call Scheduler card → Lock.

Dual Apps And Sign-In​

Xiaomi Dual Apps can interfere with Google sign-in.

To turn it off:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Apps.
  3. Open Dual apps.
  4. Turn off Dual Apps for Auto Call Scheduler.

Schedules in the cloned app may not move to the main app automatically.

Samsung​

Check these settings:

  1. Remove Auto Call Scheduler from sleeping or deep sleeping apps.
  2. Add Auto Call Scheduler to Never sleeping apps.
  3. If calls still fail, check Adaptive battery settings.

Huawei And Honor​

Check these settings:

  1. Open Battery settings.
  2. Open App launch.
  3. Turn off automatic management for Auto Call Scheduler.
  4. Allow auto-launch, secondary launch, and background running.
  5. Disable battery optimization for Auto Call Scheduler.

Oppo, Realme, And OnePlus​

Check these settings:

  1. Allow auto-startup for Auto Call Scheduler.
  2. Disable battery optimization.
  3. Allow background activity.

Vivo​

Check these settings:

  1. Enable autostart for Auto Call Scheduler.
  2. Allow high background battery consumption.
  3. Disable battery optimization if the option is available.

Other Brands​

Look for settings with names like:

  • Autostart
  • Auto-launch
  • Battery optimization
  • Background restriction
  • Sleeping apps

Allow Auto Call Scheduler to run in the background.

Verify The Fix​

Create a test schedule for 2 or 3 minutes from now. Close the app, lock the phone, and wait for the scheduled time.

If the test call starts, the device settings are ready.
