Assistant & AI Credits
Common questions about ACS Assistant and credits.
I don't see the assistant
- Make sure you're signed in — the assistant needs an account.
- ACS Assistant may still be rolling out to all accounts.
- After you've created a few schedules, look for the ✦ icon at the top of the schedule list.
The assistant created my call, but it isn't dialing
This is expected. Schedules the assistant creates start paused. Open your schedule list and tap the Play button on the schedule to activate it. See Create Schedules by Chat.
It says I'm out of credits
Each message uses credits, and schedule actions use a little more. You can upgrade to the Pro Plan, or buy more any time from the Credits screen. Pro Plans also get a monthly refresh. See AI Credits.
I bought credits but my balance didn't change
- Give it a moment and reopen the app — purchases can take a few seconds to apply.
- Make sure you're signed in with the same account you purchased on.
- If it still doesn't show, try restoring purchases from the app's subscription or settings screen.
Support replies are slow
Messages to a real person aren't live — support typically replies within 24–48 hours. See Talk to Support.
