ACS Assistant

ACS Assistant is a built-in AI chat that helps you set up and manage scheduled calls. You can ask it how something works — or ask it to do the work for you, like creating a schedule or setting up a repeat. If you still need a hand, you can reach a real person from the app.

note

ACS Assistant uses AI, so it can make mistakes — double-check anything important before you rely on it.

What It Can Do

  • Create schedules for you from a plain-language request — see Create Schedules by Chat
  • Set up repeat calls
  • Explain which permissions scheduled calls need, and help you fix them
  • Explain how call behavior (auto call vs. reminder) works

When you open a new chat, you'll also see quick shortcuts so you can start in one tap:

ShortcutWhat It Does
Create first scheduleWalks you through scheduling your first call
Repeat a callExplains how to make a call repeat
Fix permissionsHelps you check the settings that calls depend on

You can use a shortcut or just type your own question.

Where To Find It

There are two ways the assistant shows up:

  • While getting started — when the Need help scheduling? card appears on the schedule list, tap it to open the assistant.
  • Any time after that — once you've created a few schedules, the assistant becomes permanent. Look for the ✦ icon at the top of your schedule list and tap it whenever you need it.

Conversations

  • You have one active conversation at a time, and your history is kept.
  • To start fresh, open the menu and choose New conversation. Your current conversation is saved before the new one begins.

Using Credits

Each message you send uses AI credits, and creating or changing schedules uses a little more. You can check your balance and top up from the Credits screen — see AI Credits.

Good To Know

  • ACS Assistant is available when you're signed in.
  • It's designed for scheduled calls — keep messages on that topic for the best answers.
  • Wording and behavior may change as the assistant improves.
