Create Schedules by Chat
Instead of filling in the editor yourself, you can ask ACS Assistant to create schedules for you.
Two Ways To Ask
| Way | Example |
|---|---|
| Describe one call | "Remind me to call Mum at 8pm next Thursday." |
| Paste a list | Paste several calls at once — the assistant creates the valid ones and tells you how many. |
What The Assistant Needs
To create a call, the assistant needs two things:
- Who to call — a phone number, or a contact name it can look up
- When to call — a date and time
If anything required is missing, it asks you once before creating the schedule.
Finding A Contact By Name
When you use a name ("call Alex"), the assistant searches your contacts:
- One match → it uses that number.
- Several matches → it asks which one you mean.
- No match → it asks you for the number.
Relative times like "tomorrow at 3pm" or "next Monday" are worked out from your device's date, time, and time zone.
Created Calls Start Paused
Schedules the assistant creates are added to your list switched off. Nothing dials until you turn each one on.
To activate a new schedule, tap the Play button on its card. The chat also shows a Go to schedule list button to take you straight there. See Managing Schedules for how activating works.
Pasting A Long List
You can paste many calls in one message. A few things to know:
- The assistant creates the valid entries and reports how many were created and skipped.
- Rows missing a phone number or time are skipped and listed, so nothing fails silently.
- There's a limit on how many calls one message can create. If you go over, the extras are reported rather than dropped quietly.
Credits
Creating or changing a schedule uses 2 credits (a normal chat message uses 1). See AI Credits.
