Call Reminder

When a schedule uses Call Reminder mode, the app doesn't dial immediately. Instead, it shows a full-screen reminder giving you the choice to place the call or skip it.

What You See

When the scheduled time arrives, a reminder screen appears showing:

  • Contact name and phone number
  • Schedule title
  • Confirm button: place the call now
  • Skip button: skip this call

The reminder appears even if your phone is locked (the screen turns on automatically).

Alert Options

You can configure how aggressively the reminder gets your attention, per schedule:

OptionWhat Happens
Ring before callA ringtone plays to get your attention before the reminder appears
Vibrate before callThe phone vibrates before the reminder appears

These are set in the Call Behavior section of the schedule editor.

What Happens if You Don't Respond

If you don't tap Confirm or Skip:

  • The reminder stays on your screen
  • The schedule remains in a pending state
  • It won't auto-dial. Call Reminder always waits for your input

Snooze on Conflict

If you're already on a call when the reminder triggers and Call Conflict Protection is enabled, the reminder is delayed and retried after the configured wait time.

Pre-Call Reminder

Looking for the notification that appears before the scheduled time? That's the Pre-Call Reminder — a separate feature that sends a notification a few minutes early so you can prepare, call now, snooze, or cancel.

Adaptive Reminder

The app also has an Adaptive Reminder setting (configured in Preferences) that sends you a notification ahead of your scheduled calls, giving you advance notice before the call is due.
