Schedule List Overview

The schedule list is the main screen in Auto Call Scheduler. It shows your scheduled calls, their status, and the next action you can take.

What Each Schedule Shows

Each schedule card can show:

• Title
• Contact name or phone number
• Scheduled date and time
• Current status
• Icons for enabled options
• Pause, resume, or delete actions

Status Icons

Icon	Meaning
	Auto call
	Call reminder
	Speaker on
	Repeating schedule
	Auto-hangup
	Ring before reminder
	Call note
	Conflict handling
	Cloud sync

Schedule Statuses

Status	What It Means
Active	The schedule is ready to trigger
Passive	The schedule is paused
Completed	The scheduled call already ran
Failed	The app could not complete the scheduled action
Limit reached	The schedule could not run because an app limit was reached

The exact status text comes from the app.

Usage Counter

The schedule list may show a counter near the top of the screen. It tells you how many scheduled call triggers remain before the next reset.

Tap the counter if the app shows more details.

Quick Actions

Button	Action
Pause	Pauses an active schedule
Resume	Reactivates a paused future schedule
Delete	Deletes the schedule

Tap the body of a schedule card to open it in the editor.

List Menu

Tap the menu to access list actions:

• Select multiple schedules
• Delete schedules by week
• Delete schedules by month
• Open auto cleanup settings
• Sync now, when signed in

Some menu items appear only when they apply.
