Share & Import Data

Share & Import Data lets you export schedules to a local file. You can keep the file, share it, or import it on another device.

This is different from Cloud Sync. Cloud Sync works through your account. Share & Import Data creates a file that you control.

Some import or export actions may not be available in your app.

Open Share & Import Data

Open the hamburger menu and tap Share & Import Data.

Choose A Folder

Before exporting files, choose where the app should save them.

1. Tap Choose Folder.
2. Pick a folder with the Android file picker.
3. Return to the app.

The app remembers the selected folder.

Export Schedules

1. Open Share & Import Data.
2. Make sure a folder is selected.
3. Tap Export Schedules.

The app creates a file that contains your schedules, settings, and app configuration.

Import Schedules

1. Open Share & Import Data.
2. Find the file under Local Files.
3. Tap Import.
4. Confirm the action.

warning

Importing replaces your current schedules with the data from the selected file. Export your current schedules first if you want to keep a copy.

Share A File

1. Swipe left on a file.
2. Tap Share.
3. Choose where to send or save the file.

Delete A File

1. Swipe left on a file.
2. Tap Delete.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Deleted files are removed from your device.

File Warnings

If a file looks damaged or unreadable, the app shows a warning. You can still try to import it, but the result may be incomplete.
