Overlapping Schedule Alerts
If two active schedules are set for the same time, the app points it out so a call doesn't quietly clash with another.
While You're Editing
When you pick a time that clashes with another active schedule, the editor shows an inline note — for example, "Overlaps with Doctor follow-up at 3:00 PM."
You can still save it. When you do, the app asks how to handle the clash:

On The Schedule List
When your list contains overlapping schedules, a banner appears at the top — for example, "2 overlapping times, 4 schedules affected." Tap Review to open the Schedules at the same time screen, where the clashing schedules are grouped so you can adjust or pause the ones you don't need.
Good To Know
- Overlap alerts only consider active schedules — paused ones are ignored.
- Overlapping is allowed. The alert is a heads-up, not a block — sometimes two calls at once is exactly what you want.
